- Record 5 or more 20-30 second videos playing various grooves. Aim for getting a wide variety of styles, time signatures, and tempos, as well as showing both general time-keeping and fills in each style

- Green Scales: 2 reps each tempo, @ 90bpm, 108bpm, & 126bpm
- Neon Scales: alternating sticking, 2 reps each tempo with the first starting off the right hand and the second starting off the left hand @ 100bpm, 120bpm, & 140bpm
